OUR PROGRAMS

English Course (G1–G12)

G1~3

Basic vocabulary, phonics, and spoken book responses

Key Activities:

  • Phonics and sight word mastery
  • Listening and speaking through stories, songs, and games
  • Verbal book reports: expressing story impressions in English
  • Mini-presentations: “Show & Tell” style speaking activities to build confidence
  • Goal: Improve basic communication and express personal ideas aloud

G 4~6

Grammar, paragraph writing, and structured book reports

Key Activities:

  • Written book reports: summary + opinion
  • Descriptive and narrative writing
  • Grammar practice (tenses, conjunctions, sentence structure)
  • Presentation training: short oral summaries and visual aids (e.g., posters, slides)
  • Goal: Strengthen writing foundation and build public speaking confidence

G 7~9

Essay writing, critical reading, and presentation skills

Key Activities:

  • Literary response and opinion essays
  • Advanced grammar and vocabulary use
  • Presentation training: organizing ideas, using slides, and practicing delivery
  • Group discussions & peer feedback through debates and news report writing
  • Goal: Communicate ideas clearly in both writing and structured presentations

G 10~12

Academic writing, university prep, and formal presentation, understanding formal literary piece

Key Activities:

  • Research essays, literary analysis, personal statements
  • Formal presentation training: persuasive speech, debate, university interview practice
  • Reading and analyzing classic literary works such as Shakespeare, Orwell, and other canonical texts
  • Deep reading and discussion to interpret metaphors, themes, and historical context
  • Expanding ideas through literary essays and critical reflections
  • Develop the ability to critically engage with complex texts, express interpretations in writing and speech, and prepare for higher education environments
